Fashion Illustration Bootcamp - May 14th!
Fashion Illustration Bootcamp - May 14th!
Fashion Illustration Bootcamp is an intensive day of drawing and learning which is effectively a mini Fashion Illustration course – for those with no time to lose.
Starting with an exploration of what fashion illustration is and can be, we begin working with the basics of fashion figure proportion, then move through the theory of pose structure and how to get the poses down on paper simply, and with a ‘fashion’ feel and look.
We will learn how and where to apply light and shade to your figures, and how to use colour. Importantly, we’ll learn what is the best media for dynamic and quick fashion illustrations, and an incredibly economical option. All of this can be applied to design concept drawings for designers, or for the purposes of pure fashion illustration.
Fashion illustrations should have life and attitude, so we will find out how to achieve that, along with creating depth and movement. Brilliant results will be achieved!
You will receive a comprehensive set of notes to refer to in the future, and images to sketch from.
